CzechCourse offers a 20 Day Money-back Guarantee for first-time paid commitments during the founding launch period.

Eligible payments

You may request a refund review within 20 days for:

• Your first paid subscription checkout.
• Your first lifetime purchase.
• A lifetime upgrade charge.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are not eligible for automatic refund review by default. If there is a billing error or exceptional situation, contact us and we will review it manually.

How to request a refund

Sign in to your account, open Billing, and submit a refund request. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Access connected to the refunded payment may be revoked.
