1. Course Purchases

• Individual Courses: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
• Course Bundles: Refunds for course bundles are calculated proportionally based on the unused courses, minus any bundle discount applied.
• Downloadable Materials: Due to their digital nature, downloadable materials (e.g., PDF workbooks, audio files) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

2. Subscriptions

• Monthly Subscriptions: Can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months, but you maintain access until the end of your billing period.
• Annual Subscriptions: May be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days if you are unsatisfied with our service.
• Trial Periods: If you cancel during a free trial period, no charges will be applied.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed courses or consumed content
• Account termination due to policy violations
• Technical issues outside our control
• Changes in course difficulty or personal circumstances
• Downloadable materials already accessed
