Identity phrase refresh

A compact guide to reusable identity chunks for saying who you are and where you are from.

Name chunks

Use Jmenuju se... for your first name or full name. Use Moje příjmení je... when the surname matters on a form or in an office.

Jmenuju se Anna.

My name is Anna.

Moje příjmení je Nováková.

My surname is Nováková.

Where from

Jsem z... is the reusable answer pattern for origin. Keep the answer short until the mission asks for more detail.

Jsem z Anglie.

I am from England.

Mluvím anglicky.

I speak English.
