Noun phrase: bolest (f.) + genitive singular břicha. In everyday speech, Bolí mě břicho is even more common than Mám bolest břicha. Plural “bolesti břicha” is used for recurrent/general issues.

  • When I eat dairy products, I get a stomach ache.
